What customers say about Midtown Center Auto Repair
Essa at Midtown Auto Repair really helped us out! My girlfriend and I came to Queens to see a concert. She drove her 2017 Nissan Rogue down from upstate and, as soon as we got to Queens, her transmission went into “limp mode”. We were able to get it to the shop and Essa worked with his team to make sure it was fixed quickly and for a reasonable price! So far, so good, and we’re incredibly grateful!
I called them at 6.30pm after putting gas in a diesel truck. They immediately sent a tow truck, emptied out the tank and got me back on the road by 8.15pm. They were very reasonably priced and everyone was so courteous and professional. (review shown as published on Google, shortened by Google)
I have been going to Midtown for years. They have accounts with taxis and limousine companies. They understand that people need their cars back quickly. A quick turnaround is what they specialize in.

Read enough of these and the same people appear: Essa and Mike in most of them, with Leon and Ruby also named. That is what a stable team looks like from the outside. You can read more about them on our team page.
What do customers say most often in reviews?
- Open when other shops are not. Several reviews describe Sunday and holiday emergencies, which is why we open seven days.
- Quick turnaround. Taxi, limousine and van fleets use us precisely because downtime costs them money.
- Being told what is actually wrong. The word that appears most often across these reviews is honest.
